We are a CKC-registered Shetland Sheepdog breeder located in Alberta, dedicated to raising healthy, happy Shelties that are well-socialized and ready for loving homes. Our breeding program focuses on preserving the Sheltie’s beauty, intelligence, and loving temperament, while upholding the highest standards of health and care.
All of our adult dogs undergo OFA-recommended health testing, including:
Hip Dysplasia screening (OFA Radiographs)
ACVO Eye Exams
DNA testing for vWD, MDR1, CEA, DMS (Dermatomyositis), CNGA1-PRA, and BBS2-PRA.
Our dogs are Canadian Kennel Club Champions and are actively working on their Grand Championships as well as working toward titles in Rally, Agility, Herding, and Sprint Trials, showcasing the versatility and drive of the breed.
When we have Shetland Sheepdog puppies for sale, they are raised in our home, alongside family and other pets, ensuring they are well-socialized, confident, and ready to join loving families. Puppies stay with us until at least 8–12 weeks old and are placed in carefully screened, pet-only homes, where they will be cherished family companions.
Each puppy goes home with:
✔ CKC Limited Registration (Non-breeding agreement)
✔ Written sales contract, including spay/neuter agreement (12 months); CKC limited registration transfer papers provided upon receipt of veterinary proof of spay/neuter (transfer into owners name)
✔ Complete veterinary health check
✔ First set of recommended vaccinations and de-worming
✔ Microchip
✔ Purina Puppy Starter Pack (free bag of food, 3 cans puppy food, fortiflora box and more!)
✔ 30 days of free Trupanion pet insurance
✔ Ongoing breeder support for the lifetime of your Sheltie.
We are proud members of the Canadian Kennel Club, Edmonton Shetland Sheepdog Fanciers Club & Canadian Shetland Sheepdog Association, and committed to the responsible breeding and lifelong well-being of every Sheltie we raise.
As a small kennel, we occasionally have adorable Sheltie puppies ready to join loving homes. Each puppy is raised with care and socialized from day one to ensure a happy, healthy start. We are anticipating a litter of sable puppies this summer 2026!

All potential homes for our Shetland Sheepdogs are carefully screened. We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis, as our priority is ensuring the best puppy placement that aligns with each puppy's temperament and needs.
Our puppies are raised in our home with a focus on health testing and are provided with a strong foundation before leaving for their new families.
All puppies include:
Lifetime breeder support
A commitment that they may always return to us if circumstances change
Ongoing support and communication — we truly enjoy watching our puppies grow and thrive.
Companion puppies are sold on a spay/neuter/sterilization agreement (non-breeding agreement) and are registered with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) under Limited Registration. The CKC registration paperwork will be provided to the new owner; however, ownership transfer of the CKC registration will remain in the breeder’s name until proof of spay/neuter/sterilization has been completed by a licensed veterinarian. Written veterinary confirmation must be emailed to the breeder, at which time the breeder will complete and mail the transferred CKC Limited Registration paperwork to the new owner.
Inquiries for Confirmation Show home potential puppies are welcome to be discussed.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy, at any time, to any individual or household, at our sole discretion. Our priority is the lifelong welfare of our dogs, and placement decisions are made accordingly. Submission of an application or deposit does not guarantee the purchase of a puppy.
Registration
All puppies are sold under a binding sales contract and non-breeding agreement. Companion dogs are sold on CKC limited registration, and are not to be used for breeding purposes. The purchaser agrees to spay or neuter the dog by 12 months of age, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the breeder. CKC limited registration transfer will be withheld and released only upon receipt of written veterinary confirmation of spay/neuter.
Return to Breeder
The purchaser agrees that, at any time during the dog’s lifetime, if they are unable or unwilling to retain ownership, the dog must be returned to the breeder. The dog may not be sold, transferred, rehomed, or surrendered to any third party, shelter, or rescue without the breeder’s prior written consent. Failure to comply with this clause will be considered a breach of contract. The breeder reserves the right to pursue legal action to enforce the terms of this agreement, including recovery of the dog and any associated legal costs.
