I have owned shelties, also known as Shetland sheepdogs, for 28 years! During this time, I have learned a lot, starting with getting my first sheltie at 19 years old. She flew all the way to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada from Nova Scotia, Canada. Her name was Skye, and she was one of the most wonderful puppies I could have ever asked for from a reputable dog breeder.
